Grandiose, majestic, and powerful; Bolt Thrower’s best album and a top-tier release in death metal. Bolt Thrower are a band who’ve actually gone through quite a bit of change throughout their career, contrary to popular perception. In some ways, I’ve always consider The IVth Crusade to be the opposite of their first two records

Reviews about Bolt Thrower - The IVth Crusade (1):
Oppebro
I just bought today one of these sealed, brand new black vinyl. What a joke. It sounds like crap, with several clicks/pops here and there, plus annoying crisps all the way on the doomy parts. Let me tell you that the Full Dinamic Range is no more than a cheap excuse in order to sell one of the crappiest editions I ever seen as somenthing with kind of an (supposed) added value. Save your cash and get the real thing or just AVOID. Not to say I'm not going to buy again any re-release by Earache. Sad to see how lame this label has become and how deals with its (those once) loyal customers who bought their stuff during more than 20 years.
