Gas 0095 was the debut album of electronic musician Mat Jarvis (High Skies) released under his Gas moniker. It was written, performed and recorded in his Nottingham studio during 1994 and released on Em:t Records (Emit Records) in January 1995. The album was never advertised, yet quickly began selling by word of mouth.

GAS0095 is an outstanding work. A highlight in the em:t series and an essential piece for every electronic music connoisseur. I will always remember Gas 0095 as the album that turned me onto ambient music. Something about it sent chills down my spine. Luckily, for those who didn't get one in the 90's, it has been remastered by Microscopics. GAS0095 is an outstanding work.

Microscopic - Gas. I promised something from Gas 0095, and delivered I have. This is probably my favourite track from the album; the others are either too long (Experiments on Live Electricity @ 16 minutes) or not involving enough because they are too short (9 of the tracks are under 2 minutes). I’m not criticising this album though, it is a very good piece of work
