Each album is a concept album, some of which have the best stories and characterisation to ever grace the world of music. As you can tell from my endless raving, there is a lot to be said about why Ayreon is as special as it is. It is an awe-inspiring musical project that deserves every bit of attention it gets. With the recent release of "The Theory of Everything", Ayreon is quickly solidifying Its' identity amongst the top bands and musicians. Super cool and weird, where every album sounds unbelievably different from one another, yet always maintains an extremely high level of quality. 17 Haken Haken are an English progressive metal band formed in 2007 by t Richard Henshall, guitarist Matthew Marshall, and vocalist Ross Jennings. The great escape is one of the best metal album. Hope they will release more masterpiece albums. Kamelot deserve the second place.
While many of the genre’s leading bands came out of a punk background, adding experimental art-rock elements, Thurston Moore, Kim Gordon and Lee Ranaldo adapted their avante-garde project into an ass-kicking rock band. For the uninitiated, Tallulah is a great introduction, featuring several signature works by the group’s chief writers, most notably McLennan’s infectiously chorused shoulda-been-hits Right Here and Bye Bye Pride, as well as such characteristically edgy Forster compositions as the undertowing House That Jack Kerouac Built and The Clarke Sisters, a haunting character study of spinsters that perfectly captures its.
Horrible music released by usually-great artists and bands. This should not be confused with simply being ahead of one's time. Certainly, many now-renowned and significant. Certainly, many now-renowned and significant musicians were not appreciated in their own time, or proved to be far ahead of the curve. Those early negative notes that inspired the band name Led Zeppelin, for example. Or everyone who didn't get what Iggy Pop was up to when he first broke on to the scene. Or Neil Young's "Tonight's the Night" album. Instead, these are experiments, new directions or returns to the well that just didn't go well, and that have grown even worse with time
A great psychedelic album is best measured by the experience it provides, however, and few albums in recent memory have offered the kind of headphones-on, mind-adrift kind of sensory melt that haha Sound does. Five different producers threw their weight behind the efforts at various stages of its 15-month gestation period, as did Barrett’s former bandmates Roger Waters and David Gilmour and Soft Machine head honcho Robert Wyatt. Blue Cathedral sounds like a hallucination, from the wild riffs of The Bee and the Cracking Egg to the Sabbath-style heaviness of The Antler of the Midnight Sun. – Jeff Terich.
